Hi I joined here today. I am an introvert and currently seeing a psychotherapist weekly. I just wanted advice about how this works and what to be aware of. I would love to get to know new people and hope this is a safe environment to do so

Hello! Welcome to the community. You can search for cuddlers in your area. Take your time looking through profiles to find someone that matches your energy. Pros are easier to make sessions with to see how the sessions usually go. I have found that cuddling is great for mental health. I was depressed for a few months and cuddling helped me a lot.
