Memorial day weekend is over and as we cherish the fallen in the past. I find myself missing my grandparents who all served in World War II. I miss them and I'm all alone.
I won't go into detail at all but a good strong hug or cuddle would be nice

Thank you Sunset. It's not easy knowing you are missing someone that once was there and no longer is. Thank you for the hugs. I've been to Wyoming once when the family was moving from California to Colorado. Windiest night I have ever experienced. Cars almost tipped over it was one crazy night.

I grew up in Colorado. 🌲 And yes, Wyoming can certainly be windy...and cold! I've experienced -30°, here. 🫨

I think the worst I ever experienced was -15F including windchill in Colorado. In South Carolina now, maybe we get into the teens sometimes if we are lucky.
@MarkusPhoenix Oh yeah, this was just the straight temperature; not sure what the windchill would have brought it down to. 🥶
It's worth it, though; we never go above 80° in the summer. 🤩
