  • @BrianOcean that person that you’re speaking of also labeled me a liar as well as a transphobe which I am not. Please reference that post and see my reply. Also, I’m sure you’ve figured this out by now by the boards are very pro female. The opinions of men are not tolerated.

  • Eh. Any time there is a thread like this you have the people who say yep and the people who say nope. Then depending on what side you're on there are other things that get pulled out of the bag of complaints. Like hey you're just whining , and hey you just wanna white knight and play suck up . I dunno man. Hopefully you find some catharsis with all this, just don't expect everyone to agree with you and for the love of Steve everybody on this Satan forsaken site could stand to not take everything so seriously. I'm poopsing now .

  • @pmvines
I don't think your ' just don't expect everyone to agree with you " comment is directed at the right people.

You seem to want to weigh in yourself which is your right.

I don't expect everyone to agree with me and I personally enjoy engaging with differing viewpoints. The problem seems to be disagreeing with certain people can get you labeled many negative things. That's not right and everone knows it and members should speak up about it. Be consistent in "protecting" people from Mean or insensitive comments- or it gets ridiculous and that is where people get frustated.

@ Morpheus specifically- and I'm sure others were wrecklessly slandered as "Transphobic"

We had an army of people come out against non exsitent "Fat Shaming" and no one has anything to say that people are baselessly being called Transphobic? That is an awful thing to label someone and can have ramifications on who would want to connect with them

The suppossed "cuddle Community" should do better at standing up for it's members who are shamelessly labeled hateful things. But of course there will crickets on this one.

There is clearly a double standard as to what and who can be offended and Stevie Wonder could see it.

  • @Cuddlesofcuddle i share the same reaction to what i read in the OP. I started empathizing with the thought but as i read further it switched. I do believe @BrianOcean brings up an interesting and difficult thought, i can reason both sides of sharing the information with the banned. So i don't have a clue what the solution would be other than time.

I'll stop now because for some reason i want to figure out a clever way to skip in Caribbean Queen in her but ain't coming up with nothing. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Getting back to the OP's point, maybe what is needed here is a mod to explain what the timeout policy is and why things are done or not done. Seems to me he is posing a question about site policy that should be able to be easily answered by the people who enforce the rules.

  • @WriterGF it has been answered previously and is in stickied topics for all to read. It's also in TOS.

  • @BrianOcean I agree but my agreement has never helped as far as I know. Some people do feel bad about not taking up for people but they are afraid of getting in trouble, whether that makes sense or not.
