On the site, you don't. Professionals may not contact potential clients, unless they have reason to believe that the potential client would be interested in such an approach. This is interpreted to mean that you can message somebody who has visited your profile. Such messages should be friendly, brief and individual to the client, and even then are unlikely to be successful.
This does not apply in non-client circumstances, for example if you want to respond directly to a comment in the forum, or open up a conversation with a local fellow-professional.
Professionals who cuddle full time usually have other marketing channels in addition to Cuddle Comfort.
