Internal Glitches?

Good morning ☀️

As this has happened TWICE now and I’m unsure why, my account was flagged for allegedly charging for services.

This is completely untrue. A couple of weeks ago, my account was tagged, and my profile picture was removed because they deemed I wasn’t showing my full face professionally.

Nowhere on my profile do I indicate that I offer professional paid services.

I come here to read, laugh, and share my thoughts, so it’s really puzzling why I keep getting flagged.

I’m unsure if I’m welcome here anymore 🫥

Is this happening to anyone else?

    It sounds like the new automated system is possibly seeing questionable verbiage in your messages, perhaps keywords like "Cash App" or something, and it's checking to ask if you're trying to be a Pro or not.

    It would definitely not be personal, just the system trying to do a good job, and in this instance, getting it wrong.

    It's cockup not conspiracy. The mods and site owners are too busy for conspiracy.

    Somebody has messaged me who is having somewhat similar problems. She can't even post on the forum.

    And yes you are welcome. If you were not welcome you would have been banned. Enthusiasts trying to charge have their accounts Paused while the transition happens. Both happen multiple times a day.

    It seems to pop up for me if I'm messaging back and forth with someone a lot in a short period of time. I don't think it's anyone flagging, just an automatic thing.

    Possibly in a message some wording was flagged by the system. That’s happened to me before when I was an enthusiast. Just keep clicking you don’t charge, and you should be fine.

    Ok great! I was really confused. I didn’t feel it was a conspiracy but I definitely didn’t want to give the impression that I’m soliciting other for professional services.

    @Tigerlilly32 you ARE welcome here!! Happened to me, too, 2 days after I joined CC. I was horrified! I knew nothing in my profile could give that impression. What had I said in a reply to make someone think I wanted money?!? There was 1 messenger who got angry when I didn’t reply immediately to his message. Had he reported me because he was angry? I was told it probably happened because I asked people how liked their cuddle sessions to go. ‘Sessions’ is apparently a Pro’s word. I asked what should I call time spent cuddling if I cannot use ‘session’. Just use ‘cuddle’ was the advice i got. The ‘Pause’ was removed a few hours later, and it’s been smooth saiiling ever since.     It's even happened to me - had to explain to one of the mods that I'd LOVE it if anyone was willing to pay for cuddles with me lol

    I assume that the system was automatically picking up on keywords in messages

    I just tried for over a week to get a password reset link emailed to me and someone had to straight send me a link cuz the email never came!
