    @magpie17201, I never shy away from a chance to talk about gear so thanks for asking. Most of these were taken with my Sony A7R IV and an 85mm lens. The wide ones were with a 16-35mm. The close-up of the ice on the fence was with a friend's A6000 and a 35mm lens that I was borrowing because I was curious how the viewfinder on the side of the camera would feel.

    While I have taken more landscape pictures with wide lenses, I think I have taken more pictures I lived with telephotos. 85mm is pretty amazing. I had a cheap old manual 135mm with my last camera (a Pentax), and have been wanting to get a good one for the Sony system for a long time. I finally pulled the trigger last night on the Sony 135mm. Super excited to use that focal length again.
