Today was hard because I have epilepsy and can't get access to my medicine

Today was hard because:

• I was worried about my mom's procedure she had this morning since there was something done with an artery, I of course worried what if it led to uncontrollable bleeding. Thankfully she is home now resting and it went well.
• My stomach has this weird sensation in the middle of it since I had lunch yesterday. Almost like there's a rock there or something and occasionally causes discomfort, but today it's much less than yesterday so it probably was just what I ate and will pass.
• I'm in a group project for training with 3 others and I have been so lost and confused doing it. I feel like I'm not contributing enough and definitely feel imposter syndrome during the entire period of training. However I'm thankful that my group members aren't pointing it out or yelling at me for it and that things are getting done, as well as for the things that I could contribute.

I'm tired and can't wait for Thanksgiving.

Today is hard because my wife fell and broke her hip while I was out of town for work. I’ve been up since 2am and now I’m sitting in a hospital waiting room waiting to talk to the doctor.

@CSnMUS87 please try to remember that imposter syndrome isn't a fully bad thing. You're pushing yourself to learn new things so it's natural to feel like you have no idea what you're doing. It's growth in action. Maybe the others have more relevant background or it isn't so new to them. Glad they have good group culture to try to help bring you along. You'll get there

My mother passed away recently and today I was appointed as executrix of her estate.

I have to do a bunch of stuff and make decisions that I would rather put off, but I can't.

I have been making it a point though to do self care, which has helped me to keep going. Tomorrow, for example, I'm going to a spa in the evening.

My hard day is involved from decades old - exemplary, trusted, serious, and favorite results producing physicians are at the point they have to retire. Then cannot be replaced by anyone with like quantities they have.
