@IronLemon You possibly dodged a bullet there.

  • @gem7 I wouldn't say dodged. More like casually stepped out of its way.

  • @SunsetSnuggles

May you direct me to your thread asking why some people use ai or filters.

    Please and thank you

Cause they probably don’t accept themselves for the beautiful person that they are ❤️

@SunsetSnuggles I'm probably just too naive. I forget about life's actual creep/nice ratio. But maybe that's just a male privilege or something? I don't need to be as cautious about my safety when interacting with a whole gender of humans. 😥

God, sometimes this site makes me love life and other times it reminds me why I hate it.

Edit: But wait, wouldn't women elevating their caution when interacting with men be like a gender-based prejudice? 🤔

    Okay, I'm getting off-topic.

  • @Briiyan
I'm not one of those chicks who is afraid to walk around alone, or go outside at night. To be honest, I don't understand or relate to a lot of the fear and harassment that many women talk about. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Perhaps I have been very lucky in life...I know many of my female relatives have not been.

But regarding your question: "wouldn't women elevating their caution when interacting with men be like a gender-based prejudice? 🤔"

If that was directed my way, I'd point back to my earlier post...

"Whether male, female, Pro, or enthusiast, we can never be too careful when meeting strangers off the internet to wrap up in bed with. It is sad and shocking, how many choose to do this without safety first in their mind...be that physical, sexual, financial, or personal."

Women shouldn't elevate their caution with men...everyone should be cautious with everyone. Different genders may have different reasons they are typically targeted (in the cuddle world, it's usually women for their bodies, men for their money), but regardless, we should all be smart and careful.

I know what you mean about the love/hate thing...this site can induce joy, or really bring one down. gentle hugs

  • @SunsetSnuggles Thank you for always sharing your wealth of knowledge with us.

My question wasn't directed personally. The ADHD just has me always wondering and trying to understand everything. I was the kid who never stopped saying "Why?"

  • @Briiyan
You are too kind. And never stop asking, "Why?" - it's an excellent trait. 😊

  • Generally speaking, anyone who asks you to take the conversation to WhatsApp is trying to scam you. Also if you do find yourself in that situation, they won’t follow through with the threat. They are trying to make money and taking the time to find and message people you know with reputation damaging doesn’t get them said money.

@IronLemon that has actually happened to me as well. I’ve had people blow up at at me for suggesting a public meeting before we move forward w the cuddle. It’s not an unreasonable request for most people

“ Generally speaking, anyone who asks you to take the conversation to WhatsApp is trying to scam you.”

That hasn’t been my experience at all. I generally prefer to use WhatsApp or texting to communicate after the booking has been confirmed to work out logistics and keep in touch in case they have trouble finding my place. The CC messaging platform is too clunky to try to have a conversation in real time imho.

I’m personally not concerned about being scammed by using other more efficient commutation platforms. But, everyone should determine their own comfort level. I’m just sharing my experience.

  • @friendlyj311 yep it happens every single time they book through the site lately. Maybe it's because they face no negativity for doing so idk. But I'll usually accept the booking and just know they aren't coming anyway so there's like no preparation on my part lol
