okay so boom have a potential he is Canadian or so he says. when it came to payment he said he is international so he wants to western union me the money , I don't know im getting a bit of fishy vibes , is this allow ? im super new to this website thanks for the help in advance.

Most Western Union scams involve the victim sending money to someone, like someone sends you a check and has you deposit money into your account and then you send money "back" using Western Union (minus a small fee for your trouble, of course), then it turns out the check is fraudulent and you are out the money. Scams like that would be difficult if you are the one receiving money.

Having said that, the biggest concern would be how much information do you have to give the person in order for them to "send you money" with Western Union. Are they asking for name/address? Are they asking for bank account information? Those are the types of things that you certainly wouldn't want to share with some random stranger on the internet.

Paypal can do international payments, but Paypal can also freeze your account and take your money if someone accused you of offering "adult services", which given the misunderstandings around cuddling would be an easy accusation for someone to make.

Anyway, the best advice generally given around here is that if it doesn't feel right, trust your gut.
