Why are members paused?
That usually applies to pros. Normally means there is some business issue that has to be worked out with the site, like payment method, etc. Once the issue is resolved, the account is active again.
Paused:
Pro - it most likely means there was an issue with their bank card that is used for site fees. They can correct the issue (new card number and bring current the owed site fee balance) and restore their account instantly. There are other reasons a pro can be paused but this is the most common one.
Enthusiast - their account is most likely suspended for pro upgrade. Especially common if their account is new. They may return as an enthusiast after answering some questions, or they may continue down the path of becoming a professional.
Paused could also be a suspension for identity check, which they can provide the requested verification issue - it is reviewed and the account is restored - typically within 24 hours of submitting the info.
Means they are going too darn fast and need to slow it down
