First time posting so please be kind.
I haven't cuddled under those circumstances yet, but my mom is now wheelchair-bound and I've hugged her tons of times since that transition began.

I have not since being a pro, but I was in a long term relationship with someone who used a wheelchair, he had a lower spinal cord injury. I also provide respite care for children with disabilities and have absolutely snuggled many children with varying health and mobility challenges.
I would be happy to support clients or cuddle buddies who need some accommodations.
I’ve cuddled with someone who had a different disability so the positioning had to be careful and it was as fine an experience as any.
My sister has cerebral palsy so yes.
