I was talking with a lady, and we moved it off-site for easier communication. But when I went back to check something in her profile the next day, I saw that she was banned.
Is there a way to find out why someone is banned?

If she was a Pro and she shared her phone number before or without a booked session first, that is not allowed. I don’t know if it would cause her to be banned. Someone possibly reported her for doing something non-platonic. Or there might have been something against TOS in her profile or her messages.

There is only one reason to be banned - you have broken the terms of service.
But no, there is no way of discovering which term was broken except by asking the person concerned. Unfortunately, history teaches us that people who have been sanctioned by the site in some way are not always honest about what happened.
Banned people have one chance to appeal. Few make good use of it.
