Lots of day use options for hotels. Usually client pays and they range from 75 to 300 per. https://www.dayuse.com/
I like to book my own hotels and charge the client a hosting fee. I have Used overnight booking on some of the booking sites such as Priceline to get good deals and before I confirm my reservation I will call the hotel and make sure that I can check in early. I have also used Dayuse, but sometimes the price is the same as an overnight stay.
If I am charging say a $60 - $100 hosting fee, I will often give an extra half an hour to compensate for that. For public Cuddles, I have found that the lobbies of nice hotels have lots of couches and seating areas that make for good cuddle locations. I will often buy a beverage from the bar so that I am technically a patron of the hotel.

When I was in college, people would cuddle-sleep at the library quite a bit, though maybe that has changed; it was a long time ago. Come to think of it, I am taking classes for fun now and I never see anyone cuddling at the library anymore. 🤷♀️
