Cuddle travel buddies

So this is a random thought that’s been rolling around in my brain, but … here it is. I love to travel, but hate traveling alone. I’m thinking about finding a fellow cuddler who also has wanderlust and becoming like, platonic, snuggling travel buddies. Sharing expenses and experiences and enjoying not having to eat/sightsee alone. It sounds about perfect to me. Not to mention, geographical distance wouldn’t be an issue because we could just meet at whatever destination. Thoughts?

I am in Dallas area , if you are traveling through the area then I can join you

  • It sounds like it could work. I just think it would need to be with someone you are well acquainted with because the adventures of travel can be stressful sometimes.

  • When I travel, I book ahead to where I will be spending the night. Have met some great cuddlers.

  • Oh no that would be awful ahhhh not travels and cuddles and shared expenses nooooo

  • In my opinion it can only work if both parties are very comfortable with each other..They've seen each other multiple times including overnights for something like this to work and not be awkward...But probably something I won't do because the price of the trip itself, planning on what we'll do when we get there not to mention what the cuddlers fee would be to accompany me on the trip..A multiple hour public cuddle (still want to try one) to a show, park movie, maybe a work event is the farthest I'll go.It would give my nosey a** co-workers something to talk about if I take a pro to the company picnic or Christmas party chuckle but taking a trip with a cuddler might be a bridge to far for me.

  • I agree. Let’s make it happen!

@jonnyquest i was more meaning for enthusiasts….a paid travel companion is something different in my mind. Thanks for helping me to clarify that!

  • I think it's a great idea, depending on the destination. For example, I would love to go to the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago and would be totally open to meeting someone there, getting a hotel room with 2 separate beds, getting dinner, spending the night and doing more sightseeing in the morning. For me, I could do that with someone I've talked to, but not met in person.

If we're talking meeting up with someone and getting in a car for a week-long road trip, then yeah, it would have to be someone that I've cuddled with before and know I get along with.

Either way I think it's a great idea!!!!

  • @1sBitten it sounds like a lovely idea to me. I’m all for it except for my erratic overloaded schedule.

And I’ve traveled alone, as a couple, and in groups. There’s something to be said for each, but seeing something through someone’s else’s eyes and discussing it sure does add a valuable dimension.

  • Aw I love this 😊

  • i’ve done this before 🥰 it was a fun experience

  • Let's go! I have my passport ready

  • Moving to cuddle requests

I have also done this multiple times and it has always been a really fun experience that I will happily do again.

  • If any female enthusiasts travel to Oahu and for some reason don't bring a cuddle buddy, let me know in advance and we can make evening plans while you're here. If you enjoy hiking and/or would like to receive a complimentary Healing Touch energy session while you're here even better. Cuddling on the beach under the stars listening to the waves is definitely next level.

  • I’m sitting here at an airport and had an idea along different lines about travel cuddles. Not as much about the destination than the means.

It sure would be nice to find out about a cuddler that’s going your way; a little advanced coordination, choose the same flights, and cuddle on the plane. 😎

So much better than politely avoiding touching the person in the middle seat. 😇 And it would go a long way to make buses with wings a better form of travel.
