I'm new to Cuddle Comfort, and I'd like to take a moment to introduce myself!
I love the therapeutic relationship dynamics, and bring a college education in Music Therapy. I believe that being your authentic present self directly relates to health, and I'm passionate about mental health from that perspective.
I love working with clients who want to connect with a safe space to support their healing, growth, and evolution. I'm excellent for those interested in reflecting on and processing life experiences, emotions, grief, self-concept, relationships, family, and creativity.
I provide a space that empowers you to be yourself in a way that honors your truth and helps align with how you want to show up in life for yourself, those you care about, and what you want to contribute to the world.
I work predominantly in New York, working with clients in Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn, and NYC.
