Wyoming just tends to be such a conservative place with mostly small towns, that I don't think cuddling will catch on here for quite a long time.
Only one of my cuddles has been local, and he was traveling from out of state. 😄 All my other cuddles have been while I'm traveling. Perhaps you'll be my first Wyomingite. 😋
