What makes a great first cuddle session?

I’d love to hear how others handle those first ten minutes of a cuddle session—both for yourself and the client. Do you bring conversation starters, or let silence do its thing?

What do you think separates a good cuddle pro from a great one? And if you’ve got a story about a session that really uplifted you, I’d love to hear it.

For me, I like to meet at a cafe or somewhere in public juuuust before the cuddle. Like a little ice breaker. I don’t charge for this. It’s just a great way to meet somewhere neutral, have our first hug and a chat for 15-30 minutes. I do this because when it’s time to be in a bedroom together about to be laying in a bed, I find this takes some of that awkwardness away so by the time we’re laying down all snuggled in close and comfy, we’ve gotten to a point of comfort, where it just feels natural.
