Suggestions trying to build a list
I personally wait for cuddlers to reach out to me. When someone reach out, I make it my priority to respond within 24 hours. Each and everyone messages will receive a response—this is just me though…
Also pricing plays an important factor. I started low and moved on up.

@Akevin75 The fact that you cuddle both genders will be of some help to you, but overall, it's hard for male pros to be successful here. That's why they pay a flat fee every month instead of a percentage of their earnings, because they don't earn much.
The way CC works, the client approaches the Provider. You can't really look for clients or send out messages first. Even on the General Forum here, its not for promoting your cuddle sessions or client gathering. I'd say get a good look at the 4 different forums here, and do some local networking and independent research about professional cudding.

I believe that Pros are not allowed to post in the forum with the intention of advertising their services. Pros can’t initiate contact with potential clients. They may respond to someone who has viewed their profile or messaged.
