@CuddleDuncan that sounds like a npr bit. It’s TLDR for my adhd self. What was that show called. I literally can’t recall
@coolrunnings12 That’s Garrison Keillor
@TheFunCartel yeah that’s the show. Thank you. Squirrel brain is exhausting lol
What's snow? We don't have that problem here in AZ...our biggest problem is too much sunshine 😝 Currently sun bathing in the 70s...😎☀️🍹👙
@CuddlyKitten79 lol flagstaff would beg to differ! (some of the time lol not right now).
Snowing like a mother here in NYC. Expecting a foot of snow. Ugh. Bring on Spring!
@HappyHikes I agree. Snow sucks. Tired of my daughter sending me pics of Mardi Gras down in New Orleans (70 degrees Saturday). Tired of wool socks. Tired of 18 hours plus of snow.
Give me spring.
@CaptainChaos me rn
HI EVERYONE! Plz send all snow directly to Washington - we are too dry ATM! Thank you, and stay safe!
Got a couple of chaise lounge chairs not currently in use if anybody is at the beach 🏖️ 😆❄️
Kentucky declared a state of emergency for the entire state yesterday. There's no getting in or out here until it melts. As long as the power stays on, I'll live. This is not supposed to happen in the south. We certainly don't have the infrastructure to maintain roads right now. Nerve wracking for folks like me who live out in the boonies. Once the snow and ice stop, it's arctic cold at least through Valentine's day. I'm so over winter. Ugh
Foot of snow and we are expecting 3-5 inches more. Then brutal cold weather. Single digit lows. I swear I am retiring to Southern California.
Yup! It blew RIGHT off the Explorer as soon as we got it "out". I'm SOOO glad I bought gloves and like, a headband/ear cover thing when I was in Springfield last September cuz T-H-I-S IS C-O-L-D!!! 🥶This chili's AMAZING too!!😛
The mix of frozen rain & sleet has left Central Texas covered under a hard, crunchy shell.
Perfect for disc sledding on the roads.
Think our snow over here in my part of Maryland is finished. Now, it's just freezing rain for the next couple of hours. Sucks that I'm gonna have to go back outside to shovel the snow again since all of my progress earlier was covered up like I hadn't done anything at all lol.
Well the only advantage of sub-zero temperatures is no ice and powder snow. I was able to blow it all off in a few minutes and beat the 15-30 minute until frostbite that was going on here. That was this morning. Now it is 17 and everything is melting off and even drying under the bright sun.
We have nothing here in Georgia, only lots of rain here and stores wiped out. There was a little ice on railings this morning. Thankful no power outages near my location. 🙌🏻
I'm a teacher and school was just announced canceled for tomorrow! Huzzah! Texans can't handle the snow and ice at all.
@cozysox I’m a related service provider and visit several districts. The big news in every one on Friday was that a local city preemptively canceled Monday and Tuesday. People couldn’t believe it, but they weren’t considering logistics of getting almost 2 feet of snow… Doesn’t matter how used to snow you are it takes a while to clean that especially in an underfunded city with lots of little side roads…
Hop in a down sleeping bag and watch tv always helps in Australia in winter, it’s like a cuddle actually
NYC got absolutely hammered. 11 inches, Felt like I was swimming in it when I had to shovel that stuff off. I would be absolutely content never dealing with this again for the rest of the season.
Sitting in the hot tub..
Perfect time for a cuddle but no one can get to each other
@SelfMadeJay More snow may be on the way next weekend. Shoveled 16 inches of snow here in Yonkers.
@Ironman294
Oh man @TxTom more Calvin and Hobbes are needed 😄
@healtheworld22 Glad you like my profile upload. 😉 One of my favorites!
@TxTom posted: "Perfect for disc sledding on the roads."
So long as it's by natural means. A 16-year-old was just killed and a second is on life support, after a car pulling their sled swung them into a tree. 😔
