No. Instead of wine only, we should make it tea only.
Personally I feel that adding alcohol or drugs into the mix just makes it harder to maintain professional boundaries and can blur the platonic lines a bit
Thanks for the feedbacks. It was just a thought, but I thought about it and it could be a bad idea depending on maturity. Tea would definitely be more comforting with safety.
In the winter Cocoa would be nice Maybe flavored lemonade for summer and spring Cider for fall

Personally, I don't mix alcohol with cuddling. I prefer everyone to be sober so we are assured of full mutual consent.

As others have stated, mixing alcohol with platonic cuddling blurs the line of informed consent. It's one thing if it's a social meet & greet, but another if intimate contact is involved. It's just way too high of a risk for participants, and a huge liability for the organizer. You don't want things to go south on your watch, both for ethical and legal reasons.
Now a non-alcoholic beverage sip & cuddle? Completely different story! Could be fun and cozy to share teas, cocktails, etc.
Came here to say that wine and cuddles with friends can be amazing. I think set and setting would be crucial focal points for this element.
Alcohol. No. Fancy sodas are getting popular. That I could do. Especially with a movie and snacks.
Cuddling up with a good glass of wine does sound good, but I think that may be something better reserved for romantic relationships. Then again, its been more than 8 years since I was romantically involved with anyone so I may not be the best person to give an opinion, lol.
Seriously though, as many have pointed out alcohol can easily be substituted for any number of drinks and even munchies with a good movie.
Side question, since its been brought up. What is your favorite type of wine. For store bought, I enjoy Pacific Rim Sweet Risling. But I also do make a pretty good honey wine (mead), I know its not technically wine.
