Thank you guys!🙃
@cuddlesiren unfortunately we in the forums are unable to look into this or provide much insight as we don't have all the details. Likely someone reported you. Your best bet is to wait for a response from the mods - it can sometimes take a few days as they are unpaid volunteers who simply act on reports about rule breaking with the information they have.
If you haven't signed-in in awhile, it's likely that warning was actually sent back when the issue originally happened and you just didn't receive it til now.
A common culprit with new pros I've observed: as part of their vetting process they require a video chat - which is a great idea, however the client still needs to book the actual cuddle session first before any info for the video chat is shared. If it ends up not being a good match, either party can cancel the booking without penalty, as the warning stated.
Thank you cuddlefaery, I appreciate you!🩵🩵🩵 He reported me yesterday. I genuinely can’t figure out where I shared my info prior to a confirmation.
I messaged him but he hasn’t been active yet. I thought I’ve been incredibly careful to not do this. I don’t even accept virtual without a confirmation of booking first. I just don’t want to make the mistake again. 🥲
I understand the concern ☺️ I got a similar warning back when I was a pro.
Not sure how you might know who reported you - it may not have been who you think. I'd wait until you get more info from the mods before you worry overly much about what might have gone wrong. It could be a simple misunderstanding or a small mistake that is unlikely to be repeated 🤷🏻♀️
Yeah, it would definitely be a good idea to wait for the response before deciding what to do. On the surface, it sounds like somebody may have wanted to get you in trouble so they decided to report you but there's no way of knowing that for sure.
I'm surprised the mods told you who it was that reported you. And more surprised you're bringing it to the general forums to be honest. Especially with how you talk about confidentiality and requiring your clients to possibly sign an NDA? I would strongly suggest you handle this with the mods or lastly the owners of the site. No one else is going to be able to assist you.
Thank you very much for your perspective and assistance MeltMyWay.🫶😘🫶
