Second day here

Second day here. Still figuring out the landscape. I’m curious how people actually engage in this space—what the rhythm is, what the unwritten rules look like. Are we here to listen, to share, to build something? What does respect look like on this site?

Just want to know how to show up right.

  • I first recommend that you read everything you can here, especially the blue pinned topics above your post and at the top of each discussion board. That’s what we all had to do to learn about platonic cuddling and navigate this site.

It’s a good idea to reread through every bit of the TOS you agreed to when you joined - all the rules, I only say that because too many think the rules are just a suggestion and get banned for breaking them.
    Best of luck! 😊🤗

  • What Carrie said, the discussion board is great place to go to for information, but also I think it also depends on who you connect with, just have a conversation with them. I connected and currently cuddle with someone who isn't big on connecting outside of the cuddle space. But when we're meeting up, we listen, we share, we ask for updates on stuff we've talked about before, and then for the last little bit, we just cuddle in silence and enjoy each other's presence. But I would also welcome meeting someone who wanted a friendship outside of just cuddling.

Though I think respect looks the same everywhere, don't be judgmental, don't question or push boundaries, and don't think a rejection is an invitation to try harder. Just listen and be honest when you share.

  • @Carrie_Anne, @JustAGuy215 great advice both of you, and thank you for both.
