    Bayshore comes to mind. I also really like Safety Harbor and the surrounding area.

    Any roof top spot really, they have cozy sections.

    Rent a cabana poolside or at the beach. Treasure Island has beach rental cabanas or they used too. I haven't lived there in 4 years .
