I’ll start: This morning I had my usual 2 organic pasture raised eggs coupled with organic grass fed cheese and organic grass fed butter on the pan, but then decided to pair it with a Diet Coke.
I work in a med spa and perform Botox and filler and other aesthetic procedures on myself and others, but I’m afraid of other chemicals in other stuff like laundry detergent and dish soap. Lol
There is no paradox. They don't make organic grass fed Diet Coke, so you just have to drink the regular stuff.
@CuddleDuncan The paradox that I was trying to convey was that here I am eating super high-quality breakfast base then I screw it all up with a chemical filled Diet Coke / soda.

It is 3:36 -ish A.M. and i am trapped in the wide-awake dark, a restless ghost bound to a mattress of thorns. My heavy eyes refuse to close, while my racing mind spins a web of endless thought. The quiet room mocks my exhaustion, keeping me a tired prisoner of the deep night.
I am in bed but cannot sleep.
