RIP softouch313

edited August 15 in General

I know exactly what I want to say in my head but once I start to type it out it seems like it's all gone. Met this wonderful human back in April, I went to 80s fest out in Frankenmuth (MI) and stayed the night in Birch run along with some friends. Since I was in the area, figured I would change my location temporarily and change my intro a tad bit saying I was in the area to see who was out there. Got a message from softtouch313, saying he was up for a cuddle and he was an early riser like myself. I knew I wasn't going to be able to after concert cuz I tend to be an early riser and earlish to bed a lot of the times. I knew by time we got back, I would go to my room and crash and be up early the next morning. He came by earlier the next morning, great cuddle and great conversation. Friends knew and yeah I'm just a weirdo lol. He came out here a couple times, and I was going to make it up there at some point hopefully. Well that some point never came :-(. My last text to him, I sent a picture of my bonfire and he replied with "burning down the house.". I said no, just a girl and her fire. That was the last I heard from him. Wondered why he hadn't gotten back as usually we would go back and forth here and there. Noticed that he hadn't logged in here and a few days and usually he did. Then I I then found out why.. Life is short, here today and can be gone tomorrow.

My condolences. I don't completely understand the story but I think you are saying he passed away. Im sorry for your loss

  • My condolences. Life is very precious because it's very fickle. You two had the opportunity to meet one another before his untimely passing and that is something of solace you can remember fondly.

  • Thank you for sharing @Roxanne72
Every life that touches us brings something to the table.

  • This is not the same at all, but fits with the “don’t wait till tomorrow” theme.
My husband passed away last year, early 2025, and he was such a touched. He gave such amazing cuddles, light touch tickled, and massagey squeezes that I got addicted and that’s how I started seeking out safe touch cuddles and found this site.

Anyway, he also was a traveler, always loved to be planning a trip and was great at it too - found us the best deals always, which was needed because we didn’t really have a bunch of extra money to travel on. But because he wanted to do it so badly, I never really said no.

So off we went, road trips, flights, and some trips where we flew out, road tripped to some other city, then flew home - it was the best. We took 16 trips in our 10 years together, not counting all the little excursions around our state. Looking back, I don’t know where we got the time or the money, but we made those awesome memories and I’m so glad we did!!

Had no idea I would lose him at age 41, suddenly, due to complications with a surgery. Now, I am so thankful for all those trips!! And I’m trying to travel myself and realizing how many details he just took care of for us. Thank you Justin!!

Had to share. You just never know.

  • I clicked on his profile and there is a SPOILER!!! UGH he ruined it for me from the grave ☠️

  • Rest in peace, softouch313. I didn’t know you personally, but it’s clear you meant a lot to people here. My condolences to everyone who knew and cared about you. 🕊️
