You may try checking out the Meet & Greet MegaThread and other Meet & Greet threads in the General Forum to get ideas and see if there's already an event planned near you. The megathread also is a good place to see if anyone near you has already expressed interest - they may be good to partner up with for planning!
That said, if you haven't had extensive cuddle party experience or training, I cannot recommend hosting an event where cuddling happens - there's a lot of pitfalls to avoid and liability issues that most people don't consider prior to hosting that can lead to unpleasant or even unsafe events. Getting a bunch of strangers together to cuddle takes all the safety issues between two people and multiplies it exponentially. Unprepared hosts can quickly get overwhelmed. This is one of the many reasons why most of the Meet & Greets that happen on the site are socials rather than events centered around cuddling.
