Just signed up and and want to know how we get paid .......seems kind of vague here..
Directly from the client if you are a pro. You can determine which payment methods you accept; and then you come here and enter the amount so you can give the cut to CC.
You have to be a professional cuddler and get clients first. The client will pay you. It's all explained on the Become a Professional Page, one of the links at the bottom of the home page. You are not a pro cuddler, so you're not going to get paid.
You do not seem to have done any research on professional cuddling. As you list yourself as straight on your profile page, you'll be disappointed to learn that male pro cuddlers are not in demand by female clients. If you get any bookings at all, they'll likely be from gay men.

@BlueIris is correct in everything she said. Even though women outnumber men by an order of several magnitudes on here, it won't make it easy for you as a Professional, if you choose to go that route.
