So what is a typical day like for you?

edited February 2018 in General

I wake up, wake up my son for school, and while he is getting ready I let the dog out to pee, feed her and the cat, drink coffee, and turn on the news. After my son catches the bus I usually eat a little something or not, depending on how I feel, then shower and go to work. Not much excitement there. I see patients in their homes, and then on weekends I work in a hospital primarily doing discharge planning and making referrals. I haven't had an off day apart from when I was out due to the stomach bug since early Oct. Social worker plus single parent equals poor so I need the work lol

  • I wake up, get ready for work, walk my dogs, leave for work. Get to my office, get my employees out into the field. Spend an hour or two doing admin work then I hit the field for the rest of the day. I head home, usually get home when my wife gets home. We take the dogs for a walk, go to the gym, then settle in for the night.

  • Get up , get my kid started with her online schooling . Feed my ducks and chickens , refill pools . Defrost meat for dinner that evening . Take care of errands , house work . Take my daughter to teen center , if I have cuddle appointments I do them in the evenings my daughter with her dad or grandparents . No work then I’ll paint , play games or hang out with friends depending on the night .
