I’ve had 2 pros delete karma they left me for no reason that I could explain. I think they were upset that I didn’t book additional sessions with them 🤷🏻♂️
@Morpheus it could be as simply as you didn’t leave a karma back, been there,& it sucked because I really really loved ♥️ that karma lol

So much to say. You didn't leave her a review, which is your prerogative, BUT you ignored her messages -- yet expected her to keep her 5 star review? Kind of arrogant, don't you think? We all make mistakes. Reach out. Apologize if that is how you feel. And then do better going forward. No one likes to feel ignored. No one is that busy. Besides, it goes against the entire concept of community here.
I assume that the "Repeat" banner on Karma posts is tied to the actual booking history in CC, right?
If I wanted to give new (updated) Karma after a second or more visits, and I delete the old Karma I wrote, I assume it will let me write a new one with the "Repeat" banner?
Hi @ernesto_2! You are correct--to leave an updated karma, you must delete the old one. If you then post a new review, the "repeat client" banner will still appear provided it was there on your last karma, as it is linked to real booking history.
