Can I really make money doing this
Sign up as a pro and give it a go.
Most women seem to start out as non-pros and then convert to be pros after they have gained some experience. I'm not sure you'll be successful if your primary object is to make money. You are selling a service and your clients will expect a certain level of experience and competence.
Well hello everyone, I’m here looking for extra money, I’m great at snuggling and massaging, I’m physical education teacher and I have 4 medals in my life so I have been athletic since I was 6 years old, I learned massages and how to treat enjuries when i was in collage. I’m a good listener and funny and great problem solver for anything you want. I like funny and action movies, I love to laugh and make everyone happy. Message me if you would like to give it a try!
I agree with @UKGuy. There have been lots of threads about this, especially on the professional cuddling forum - checked those out too.
If you are in it for the money, you will be . If you are in it because you are passionate about helping people experience healing, and you love giving platonic touch and you are a great listener, and you have the time to respond to emails constantly, market yourself, know how to say no and deal with uncomfortable advances and requests, spend time and money making your place cuddle friendly, post on the forums, keep up messages with regulars, etc. You will do well!
If you think you can make $80-100/hr with no time or effort outside of the sessions, you will be greatly surprised.
How Much do you Charge?

@Sandygam charging is very area specific. Just see what people charge in your region while searching for cuddle pros, and base your rates on that.
And you have to be comfortable getting physically close with strangers, of course. A lot of people don't realize how uncomfortable they are with this. I love it :-)
@ubergigglefritz that’s one of the things I love most about pro cuddlers. I can meet someone I’ve never met before and within minutes, we are cuddled up enjoying each other’s company. It’s amazing.
I'm not a "cool" girl and am sometimes socially awkward. I don't know why my cuddle sessions always seem to go so easily, lol. I think I just love one on one interactions and it's so much easier with strangers. I make "friends" everywhere I go. I know the workers at my pie five, the checkout people at kroger, the sample people at Costco, etc, lol. You definitely have to be cool with strangers to have a chance with this...
@UKGuy "Most women seem to start out as non-pros and then convert to be pros after they have gained some experience."
REALLY? That's news to me. I think that's how most SHOULD start out. I know @BlueIris did it that way as well as a few others which makes sense. But the norm seems to be the opposite.
Maybe I'm mistaken. Or Mr. Taken?
I completely agree with @AlexBabyBoo23 It's not going to work out for someone who is doing it just for the money! You can cuddle with strangers without any feelings, but those clients will sense it and they will not feel comfortable. You can also do more harm than good. It's energy work. More you give into it, more repetitive clients you will get because they can feel that you care. We are here to offer safe, non-judgmental space for the clients where they can be respected and accepted for exactly who they are. Treat each client individually - there are people very comfortable with touch and would like to go straight into spooning and there are also clients who could have been abused in past so we have to be very careful and help those clients to introduce touch in baby steps. To sum it up...although cuddling might seem as "easy money", it's not that easy as it seems as there is a lot going on behind the scene. It's beautiful work but it's not for everyone.
The number of pros on this site seems to be undeniably increasing and from some of the profile pictures and profile descriptions I've read, there's probably actual prostitution happening behind closed doors in some instances. This will probably lead to CuddleComfort being shut down the same way Craigslist's Personals section was. When money is allowed to enter into the equation in exchange for physical affection, sex for money is the logical conclusion. It's just human nature. They don't call prostitution the world's oldest profession for nothing. So I suggest the site owner(s) re-evaluate where they want this site to go. Do they want people genuinely interested in the company of others, or do they want people (primarily women) to sign up with the sole intent of making money from day one?
I don't see why it can't be both.
The reason for professional cuddlers is the same reason for prostitution, and the same reason online personals often don't work. It's strictly a numbers issue. There are WAY more men wanting and needing this than women interested in participating or providing. In order for as many men as possible to find a cuddle buddy, there have to be women pros. Ie, if I had another job as my source of income, I could only pick one person to help. I love being able to help as many people as I do, and it wouldn't be possible if I weren't paid.
Note that I'm not saying there aren't women clients or male pros, but just speaking what is average.
@cinnabarvolcano (now banned) mentioned Craigs List. I do think the closing of Craigs personal section has left some people who found the personals to be a effective way of finding something otherwise absent in their lives out in the cold. So the increase of what we as platonic might call trolls. I see it in the other site I use, too. All the more reason to try to get to know someone prior to a one-on-one experience.
