How do you pay the 15% fee to Cuddle Comfort?

Say you get paid in cash how do you transfer that money to pay online to Cuddle Comfort? Also what are the choices to get paid online (online payment companies) that are mentioned in the Pro-cuddler contract? I looked, it doesn't specify. Is it Paypal or...

    Go to the CC Home page, and in the box to pay fees enter the session amount you were paid. it will automatically calculate for you, and you will hit eh box that says "Pay $x.xx fee", which takes you to Paypal to complete the transaction. You can use your bank or a debit/credit card and maybe some other options once on the page.

    Once you confirm payment, it will redirect you back here so you know it's complete.
