Basically, introduce yourself, get to know the person and ask if they want to cuddle. However, don't do the latter right away or the person may assume that your looking for something else. Its important to get to know the person first.
As for a pro, just introduce yourself and say your interested in a session with them. Make sure you share a little about yourself so your not a total stranger. Then follow the pros instructions / requests whether that encompasses a deposit or screening. Then set a meet date and cuddle away. Be sure to give Karma (reviews after, and ask the pro to rate you back as having karma on your profile from a pro will make scheduling other pros in the future a lot easier)

Be sure to note whether a profile says “professional” or not. If you chat with a professional, be sure to be clear if you’re looking to do a session with them.
