Reacting to a cuddle session

(This is just a thought, thrown out there.)
I just met with a cuddlist, 3rd time, yesterday. Later, I met with a friend (a person I would love to cuddle) to help her move (think mental cuddles).

I can't/won't/don't-want-to force a change to my home situation. But I sure wish I had more cuddly friends, NEARBY. I'm kind of still coming-down from the cuddle.

Not sure how I feel about the emotions of attraction. A little overwhelming.
I sure wish I had more cuddly friends, so I could experience it as more of a glow-of-embers, than a flare-up of fuel on a fire.

  • I hear you, it is better to have it spread out and not see the same person so there is less risk of attachment and attraction. Otherwise the context can start to feel different.

@galowglass - I once had an oxytocin high for three days after a particularly excellent cuddle party.

You're not alone in wishing for more cuddle friends nearby. I agree, it would be great not to be in such a touch deficit most of the time. Unfortunately, that's the world many of us live in. At least we have a community of understanding souls here to commiserate with.

And this is where I met the cuddlist. hope to meet more. grin

  • I really love the multiple cuddler suggestion. highly effective plus fun to get to meet new folks! i'd be one to second that suggestion!

  • Can’t wait to experience it myself. I haven’t had any luck finding someone interested in cuddling.
