Pros getting suspended for giving out their number

Hello everyone, I’m a long time member of cuddle comfort and have had quite a few sessions with pros on this site and other sites. I haven’t been on much in the last six months but have been back in the past couple of weeks. I’ve come across a few pros that say their accounts were suspended for giving out their numbers. I’m a little confused because I’ve almost always asked pros for their numbers and had never heard of there being any issues because of this. I always confirm my session on the site of course though. Has something changed and pros are automatically getting their accounts suspended if they give their number out?

Usually these suspensions are one-time warnings due to giving out numbers without having first stated in a message their intent to meet at a specific date/time. I think the change you've noticed is down to the degree to which this is now enforced.

So to clarify, it's fine to exchange numbers but it should only be done so after a message stating the planned date and time. If after texting/phoning something doesn't feel right, you can just cancel.

@Mark You and I have talked about this privately however for clarification purposes could you please post on non clients and phone numbers? I don't pay to cuddle however have a lot of friends on here who are paid cuddlers, some of whom I comverse with from time to time off the site, and some of whom I have hung out with but not as a client. This has not ever been an issue, however recently someone who I have a good bit of connection with and speak with on site didn't want to exchange numbers for fear of getting banned. I asked if it matters really since I am not a client and she lives on the other side of the US, and she said she really isn't sure and doesn't want to risk it. While I understand from a business angle wanting to prevent people from scheduling offsite and not reporting the session for monetary purposes, it does stand to impede the natural process of gaining friendships and connections with people, which for many of us is what this site is about.

This rule is only for pro-client interactions.

If you happened to have created a friendship with a pro here and there is no intent to book, then I would say that means you're remaining in the enthusiast category and so the rule wouldn't apply.

You also don't have a history of booking professionals so this is safe for you. But if a member who does appear to be a client is in the same situation, there is some risk from potential moderator confusion or suspicion. So it's best to communicate in a way that avoids any ambiguity there.

  • Gotcha thanks for clarifying @Mark

  • So what @mark you are saying : a member like Morpheus , or the op himself , who , like he said in his first post , hires professionals , is forbidden to allow any friendships with a professional cuddler , to , develope . Who is subject to ethics ? The professional? Or client ?
And when say you forbidding this , he has paid how much ? In fees to the site , as opposed to someone who hasn’t

Nope, it's fine for someone like Morpheus to be friends with a Pro and exchange numbers.

I was just saying that if someone has a history of being a client, they should be a little more careful if they exchange numbers with a Pro purely for friendship purposes. That type of activity is fairly uncommon so it's important to make sure the communication and its intent is very clear to avoid possible misinterpretation by a moderator.

As moderators, if we see a client exchange numbers with a pro, our default position is to assume it's for the purpose of an appointment. By you being clear about your non-professional intent, we will know to check over the whole conversation to confirm it's just an organic friendship.
