We exchanged a few PMs, he says we have a "cuddle date" for a few days from now. But doesn't make a booking. Asks me to PM him my cell number.

If he wants to "cuddle" then he should "book through the site," right??

I've never done this type of thing for money and I don't know what I'm doing or how to go about this.

I don't reallly care too much about the money, but I do care about safety, and I don't want to break any CC rules.

You should met in a public place so you can judge his character.

Set up a google voice number. Don't share your real number.

I have cuddled with a few professional cuddlers and I respected the steps to vet me and be cautious.

Since you are professional, then I would say absolutely yes.

My concern is your message seems apprehensive at best on this person so I guess the question is do you feel safe enough for this guy to know your phone number?

He should know it's policy to book through the site before requesting to text outside the site. It might help to remind him and let him know that you do not text until a time has been booked!

Also consider that people can also change their mind for any reason... I think this also happens to the whole Pros here.
A lot of people they just disappears.
Be safe and use your common sense.
