I recently had a bit of a Eureka moment re the following. I was wondering why my depression and lonliness had lessoned, despite zero cuddles (not for the want of asking!), since being on this site.
Then I realized that, for me at least, communicating and interacting with other people on this site IS, again FOR ME, a form of cuddling.
So thank you @PaulaDahla @Esquire @DarrenWalker and even misanthropic @hobgoblin for your intellectual cuddles. And I sincerely hope that you are not offended by this perspective. And thank you @SoulcuddlerZ and @Mark for making this sort of free and stimulating, both intellectually and emotionally, virtual interactions available - for sadsacks like me. Cheers.

@PaulaDahla Before you call someone grumpy, perhaps you should ask that person why. Henry composed a post telling @Mark how to use the plural and singular of forum citing how he is an English teacher. If someone sows that seed they are merely waiting to reap from it. So there you go Ms. Oblivious.

Though in my defence I am actually a Creative Writing Teacher, rather than English grammar and spelling. And I would never have imagined anyone had actually take note of my Fora post.
Maybe pros should get paid for giving cuddles on a forum it can help release stress
