    Be patient, ask questions and be open minded. Also expect to wait a long time if you only talk to non pros.

    Other than that, I just finished night shift and heading to bed in a few minutes. May go good shopping after I wake up this afternoon.

    I had an interesting chat recently. She is 32, has 5 kids, just got outta jail. Living in a motel, divorce #2 pending.
