Pros No Show

Correct me if I'm wrong but if you book a professional and you do not show up don't they still charge you a percentage or something like that? So what happens when you book a pro and they don't show up to your place?

  • @phenom_xm I believe if a pro no-shows, you are free to report them and an appropriate action will be taken. They'll either be given a warning or if it's a recurring problem they'll be paused or banned. If you paid for something like a hotel and they cancelled or didn't show, they are expected to compensate you in some form whether in the amount paid, or give some sort of discount the next time you book.

If you no-show a pro, they can report you as well. Cuddle Comfort asks that the client pay 50% if a session is cancelled by them within 12 hours of the start time or if they no-show. Of course, this is incredibly hard to enforce on the professional's end but the mods do pause or ban people reported for evading the cancellation fee.
