I applied to be a pro Cuddler. Heard nothing back from the site. I have sent them a couple emails asking a question and no responses. How do you get any reaponses?

That is longer than usual. If you look around the forums there are moderators you can message to ask. SoulcuddlerZ is one.
@cuddlekitten24 Your account shows Pro Pending Approval. Have you submitted your payment information already regarding fees? You're required to keep a credit/debit card on file.
Aside from that, @Mark is the best person to ask regarding delays.
