My poly partner is spending her first night with a new beau - this is our first time as a couple - I support her but also feel a need not to be alone, parts of me hurt and I need to be held. Even though I know this is for the best for both of us ultimately, this is not easy - but I also am not ready for sexual relationships myself and just really could do with a hug and maybe a cry
