Someone that claimed was in the city for "4" when I asked how many months has been here got banned right around when we were scheduled to video call. I asked to speak on Whatsapp, and for his number in return which led to him giving me a number from another country... continent. I live in North America, and this number was a Asia based number.
This put me on a pause so, I explained not understanding, and my discomfort here on the site about his foreign number. He explained he has some attachment to his old number, doesn't want to lose some contacts...?? and doesn't really know why he hasn't changed. Given my questions.
Then proceeded to give me his local number, as well. Then as I came to respond him about the video call, he was banned.
Would the foreign number throw you off as well?
