Technical Issue: Accidentally Downgraded Account

Hello! I'm new to the site and I signed up to be a professional cuddler, paid the $19.99 activation fee, and updated my information. While I was looking through my account, I accidentally downgraded my account. Will I have to pay that fee again? How do I go about doing this? I want to get a refund if this can't get resolved.
