Cuddling for health

I think Gibran wrote that ”bread that is baked without love feeds only half of man’s hunger.”

I’ve had some wonderful massages. Sometimes I have felt nurtured and cared for, so completely, that the impulse to “touch back“ was almost overwhelming. Although I am not talking about a sexual touch it desire, I have never been in a massage setting where that would have been even remotely appropriate, so I just received TIL I was overflowing.

Then, at my first Reiki share, I experienced how powerful the exchange of energy felt when I was able to give and receive. So that’s an appreciable advantage of cuddling, imo.
    Also...
Physical aches and sore muscles, massage please.
Emotional fatigue and stress, I’ll take the cuddles.
    :)
