Billed and advertised as a platonic site, CC is unique. For each person the experience is uniquely different and special in it's own way.

What keeps you here or coming back after leaving?

For me it's the following:

Opportunity:

to meet different people and embrace and honor their diversity.
To try on different approaches to platonic cuddling.
To connect with others in unique and richly beneficial ways intellectually, socially and mindfully.

Customizability:
The ability and opportunity to adapt platonic cuddling into my unique work and life schedules.

To expand my thinking outside of the box of social mores. And just simply what is acceptable and comfortable.

So what makes this site special for you that you stay or keep coming back?

I like the conversations and reading the unique content from people who contribute in the forums. Also, the site is well organized and professionally operated.

Main thing is, I really REALLY wish this place had a different name. Something that doesn't immediately sound cringe to the max if someone learns you've been on it. Maybe like "kinetic connect" or something like that. I wouldn't care if anyone found out I'd utilized someone from here, I just wouldn't want anyone to hear the cringey name of the website where it was.
And, if I ever do get exposed, to anyone then reading this forum post: not here for comfort, just here to fork over some cash to someone to activate my brain's energy pumps (or whatever the nerd science phrase for that is) because dating apps are unbearable hellholes in southwestern Florida

I've heard that a lot of lap-dancing clubs have restaurant-sounding names, for the benefit of those using credit cards.

This site isn’t that special. It’s pretty much full of pros and you need a pretty much high amount of disposable income to find a right pro. Non-pro females are pretty non existent. But it’s the best site out there for what it offers, I guess.

@LucidDreams84 I hear your sentiments. It can be very frustrating at times. It is true to some extent that the site is supported by and heavily skewed towards professional cuddlers, particularly females. And there are few female enthusiasts compared to the number of professional female cuddlers.

But as you said the site is also unique in what it offers. That's part of what makes it special. The opportunities to explore different platonic connections are endless. It's up to you to make of it what you wish. Take what you can and forget the rest.
