I was communicating with a cuddle provider whose account is listed as both “paused” and “suspended” ... which confuses me. Are they the same thing ultimately? Why the difference in verbiage?
They are both the same thing. I am not sure why it would say both simultaneously
I know 'paused' is at the request of the cuddler because I know one pro who paused her account because she was getting too many messages. She no longer appears in search results. But she can still be messaged if you know who she is.

@pmvines - could be the same thing, I don't know, maybe its called different things on different parts of the site or maybe they changed the terminology. She told me she paused her account that's all I know.

Paused and Suspended are the same - these are imposed by the moderation team or automatically (failed booking fee charges).
Deactivated and Muted are imposed by the member.
