Is there any customer support on here?

Yesterday I decided to become a “professional” and gave them my bank info. and they immediately took out the monthly fee.

Then I decided to “degrade” my account a couple minutes later, thinking that I could easily get my money back.

I was surprised that 1. The phone number does not actually work for any real communication purposes. It does not get you to a human and does not let you leave a message. and 2. Nobody will respond to your messages or emails, at least promptly. (I have recieved no reply yet.) and 3. You can not go back to “professional” even though it says that you’ve paid for that service for one whole month.

My money is just gone like that, poof off to England or wherever.

“Stupid Americans” I can hear them muttering to themselves as they round the corner near the chippy on Blackpool Beach or near Brighton Pier on their Vespas with their moddish shirts and ties and their fishtail parkas. Clangers and Fingerbobs and Wurzel Gummidge and post-industrial British Realism fillums. Bagpuss and Fingerbobs.
