Want to start a cuddle group in Seattle area?

Hi all,
I would like to start a free cuddle group in the Seattle area that would meet regularly for free cuddling on a regular basis. A group of several cuddlers might feel safer than meeting individually for some people, especially newbies, while others might enjoy the experience of several cuddlers at the same time. Some ideas I have are:

free and open to all cuddlers regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation or identification,etc
permission to touch must be asked and clearly given in advance of touching another
no obligation to participate in touching or receiving touch by another
change your mind at any time
no drugs or alcohol allowed
only non-sexual touch allowed in the session
good hygiene required, no fragrances allowed
Rule breakers will be asked to leave.

If you would be interested in starting such a group in the Seattle area please reply.

Update:
The Center for Sex Positive Culture (a non-profit organization in Seattle) is interested in hosting us. They know we are not exploring sex, per se, but simple human touch. If we use their space we would have to pay something for it. But that would be the only expense involved. Please respond if you would be interested in becoming part of an ongoing Seattle cuddle group.
