Renamed topic so it could be merged into a general feedback thread. [/Mark]
I noticed on the message page (where you send/reply to a user), the header no longer has the CuddleComfort logo homepage link, and just a Back (<) button link and then the cuddler's name and some other things with no link to go to the homepage or to the cuddler's profile.
The Back button is great if you just came from the cuddler's profile, but not from most other places, like an email notification of a new message which has no previous page to go back to (because it's in the email app's browser subwindow or opens a new tab)... and with no homepage link or the user's profile link, you're basically stuck. I also noticed upon long-press of the Back button that it would show "about#blocked" which makes no sense to me and does nothing when clicked anyway.
Please add back the homepage logo link, and make the user profile name/image a clickable link to go to their profile.
I work with websites and I know that the easier a website is to use, the more usage and enjoyment people will get out of it. The more unintuitive and difficult it is (especially if it traps people or adds steps that shouldn't be necessary), the more annoyed they'll be and less likely to use it.
Please anyone if you have this issue, reply here with your thoughts. I'm not seeing a good way to report site issues that show user agreement or feedback or disagreement.
Thanks.
PS: The site has previously been astonishingly easy to use compared to similar sites. I applaud the website developers for putting much care into usability, and I hope the message page can return to being as easy as the rest of the site.
