Creative ways to cuddle during covid19

I was wondering if anyone has any creative ideas on how to cuddle during covid times. Is there a way to cuddle while still maintaining a 6 feet distance? I was thinking of may be both people laying down across from each other and letting their feet or lower legs rub against each other. Do you think it's safe to cuddle normally as long as you are wearing a mask?

Safety isn't absolute; there will always be some risk. Distance is just one of many ways to reduce risk. With other precautions, it might be possible to compromise on distance while keeping the risk acceptably low.

Being outside and wearing masks should help significantly. Maybe two-person sleeping bags rated for cold weather might be useful? Or cuddling by a bonfire?

If you have been in isolation from other people for 14 days and your planned cuddle buddy has done the same, and you are honest and trust each other, I think it would be acceptable to cuddle with masks. The probability of infection would be low. Also avoid positions that allow close breath exchange.

Either that or you both test negative and isolate post test until getting together.

It will never be completely safe to cuddle as long as asymptomatic infectious diseases exist. It is rather a judgment of probability of infection that matters. If you and your buddy understand the risk it is a joint decision to take on the risk for the reward of cuddling and the positive mental and physical benefits it provides.

I have had 2 cuddles with trusted buddies since Covid started, when it had declined in my state. Masks are not as uncomfortable as you think.

However, numbers are resurging in most if not all regions, so keep on top of the information and don’t take on unnecessary risk. Many people who have recovered have been subject to chronic health issues.
