New here because of eviction notice

I'm new here and frustrated. I've applied to thousands of jobs and got no response. I'm hoping to get a job paying half what I normally make. It's really sad what's happening. I'm in Colorado and have to spend the day making calls and trying to find help to stop the eviction process. Unemployment benefits ran out a month ago. The extended unemployment benefits are a joke---they don't pay while they're 2 months behind in figuring out if we even qualify. In the meantime we get no benefits while waiting.

I look on Linkedin and everyone is just bragging about how great their life is. Please tell me I'm not the only one struggling right now. It feels like I'm the only one struggling.

    Many people are struggling at all times. There's also some kind of health-related event going on at present. Something to do with a gross brand of beer. I dunno.

    2020 has been awful .

    LinkedIn is a great site, but it is designed for people to promote themselves. Nobody would admit the reality of their struggles. They’ll find creative ways to make their situation look better. We also have a situation in the country as a whole with people that are long term unemployed. They seem to fade away as far as the statistics go. But that doesn’t diminish the reality of their suffering. I hope you find the success you’re looking for. There’s plenty of good people here.
